Established in 1995, 7-Point Records, then known as Agape, was formed by a small, tightly-knit group of friends. The original purpose of the label was to record and promote local area talent. However, the ultimate focus of 7-Point quickly became those projects undertaken by its own founding members,  and over the years it has evolved into a vehicle solely for the expression of their talents and interests.

7-Point's catalog now consists of more than 300 recordings, from more than 20 seperate projects, with a palette of styles which include, among others, alternative, punk, ambient, experimental, and industrial musik.
